Anyone able to shed any light? Cheers.

That's not correct. Half of hospitalizations in Europe are under 50. 30-40% of hospitalizations in Canada are under 40.

How many people died in Pearl Harbor, on December 7, 1941?
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ii/4351786002/

This COVID-19 is only starting ...
And New York and Pearl Harbor are not the only places in the whole world.
They are just two spots, two dots among many many many more across the US and across the entire world.

There is Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, New Orleans, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, ...

In the world there is Montreal, Vancouver, Paris, Madrid, London, Hong Kong, Rio, ...

Really disappointing to see the lack of respect shown to other cultures in times of great suffering like this.

Thanks to the WHO, here in Brazil there's palpable hostility against "normal" people (i.e. those who don't work in healthcare or are not sick) who wear masks, which to me doesn't make much sense (surely some protection is better than none?) and even makes me afraid of being publicly berated when I go out to buy food and medicine.

Before the Covid-19 virus, other people in other countries regularly wore masks to and from work, because of the poor air quality in those cities.

Coronavirus May Add Billions to the Nation’s Health Care Bill
Insurance premiums could spike as much as 40 percent next year, a new analysis warns, as employers and insurers confront the projected tens of billions of dollars in additional costs of treating coronavirus patients.

A quote from the Kubrick movie, Full Metal Jacket, applies here.
“It's a huge shit sandwich, and we're all going to have to take a bite."

This crisis, in a strange way, may be a tipping point for creating National Health Care, since so many states can't do it without the Federal Govt. anyway.

Can anyone give me suggestions on how I can work out my legs? All of the gyms are closed. I'm a tall guy and I get cramping like pains in my legs if I don't exercise them at least twice a week.

Walking or running barely helps. I need a very strong resistance workout. It usually takes me doing an exercise bike at maximum resistance to get them feeling good again. Also leg presses on the weight machine. I need something equivalent to that I can do at home. Man I hate covid so much.

Fill a few bottles up with water. Stick them in a knapsack. Put the knapsack on and do some squats or lunges.

Anyone here know where I can order hand sanitizer online for a decent price?

If I have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery, I'm fine with it. I just need to order a few bottles to stock up. I've been waiting patiently for stores & online retailers to stock up more, but that hasn't been happening. But maybe that's why the disease has been spreading so damn fast. It's because people can't sanitize their hands!

If you can find the ingredients, you can make your own.

You can use dishwashing liquid, aparently it is every bit as good as soap and water.

If you want something with alcohol in it you can also dilute things like nail polish remover really heavily and use that.

I haven't tried it, but a good way to get a lot of resistance might be to have your wife or other person on your shoulders (or back) and do squats in a hallway or near a wall so the walls can provide some balance.

Wall sits and Bulgarian split squats will give your legs a lot of burn and maybe all you need right now to keep the cramps at bay.

Put on a heavy coat and fill the pockets with something heavy...stand on the stairs with only half your feet on the stair and do calf raises.
