You'll be pleased to know our version has DTS-HD MA 4.0 audio also with the isolated score in DTS-HD MA 2.0, just as Twilight Time's version. It also includes the trailer.

Is the transfer on this release good then?

Just discovered it existed and thinking of importing cause I'm not paying excess for the Twilight Time version.

Yep. Absolutely identical. Same transfer, same encode with identical bitrate.

Nice thing about this is it is all region, but the TT version I believe is region

I've purchased this along with a couple of the other Hollywood Gold Series blu's (The Devil's Brigade and Lifeboat) and plan on getting Exodus soon. Even with int'l shipping from AUS to the US, it was still cheaper than the TT version and the quality, etc was excellent....same transfer, etc. I keep an eye out for these releases...THANKS!!!!

Exodus is 1080i/50 though, so make sure you can play it before ordering.

Default Just got mine

Just got my Aussie version of JTTCOE here in Cape Canaveral, FL USA. Works great on my Sony BD-S520P. Happy as a clam. I missed out on TT's release (sold out) but glad I found this.

Many Thanks.

Any suggestions for a US vendor for this title? I've searched Amazon, ImportCDs and DeepDiscount to no avail. Or, barring that, sources in Australia / New Zealand?

I got mine from a seller on Amazon UK.

Which works for me being in the UK, but you can easily use it with the same account as Amazon US so why not?

I live in the UK and use ezydvd.com.au for most my imports. They're pretty quick, usually takes about a week to get stuff that's in stock.

Has anyone made a thread about international alternatives to Twilight Time release?

Like the German Sony releases, Aus Body Double and This, UK Sexy Beast and Zulu etc.

I don't think there is one specifically set out to identify alternatives, but you can just use the title search at the top of the website, as long as you have your country search settings set up correctly in your Site Preferences.

Most of the time the specs are posted pretty quickly when it comes to releases of films that have had a limited edition release in a different country, as the majority of people are out for a bargain and if one edition is cheaper than other, and and the specs are the same, they go for the cheaper.
