I don't think anyone has had a letter and the advice seems contradictory to social distancing.

Washing cars and mowing your lawn are bad because? Both can easily be done alone, I would also think hosing off the car is a good thing. Getting things like this done kind of brightens my mood, I myself have been working on weeding the flower beds The group things are ok if its done by a household that is quarantined together. Its when you start mixing in outside groups that it becomes a bad thing

Maybe because I am by design someone who is used to spending most of my time outside of family alone for the most part. I have a few friends but many either dont live near here, or don't participate in things I enjoy like jogging. When I get off work (before all this) I generally either go pick up my daughter and take her for a walk or go home and run the streets here. Then spend the evening with my family

I am still working from the office but only because I only work with two others, each at least 15 feet apart, never deal with customers other than in email or phone. Even have my own bathroom. If I am told I have to stay at home and not go to work, I will make that happen and do what I can from home.

That's what people seem to be doing, the dog walkers are meeting up and people are stopping to talk in their driveways with passerby's.

It's quieter than normal, but it's worrying that some aren't taking it seriously enough.

Like you said the acts themselves will be therapeutic for some and it's routine for others.

We're going to take the car to the carwash today - that'll be our big exciting outing for the week - all automated, and will use something? cloth? to push the buttons for the carwash code, and sanitize after.

Surprised they announced it, but I guess when he doesn't show up for press conferences, people will suspect something's afoot.

Someone in my work area went home sick today. Oh boy.

So I guess he’s been sick for awhile since his doctor apparently says he doesn’t have the corona.

It's the UK, mate. They fine people a few hundred quid here if a candy wrapper blows out of your hand in a gale.

I wish that there were a way to match with COVID-19 on a dating app, so that it would ghost me, and I would have nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure if you can discriminate who goes back to work and who doesn't. Saying that just the young and "resolved" people can make sense when considered in isolation. But then you realize that others who need to make a living to survive and are not worried about dying from the virus, will try get it on purpose just to "get it over with" ASAP so they can go back to work too.

Matt Hancock now got COVID 19. The Coronative party. Time to call Lord Buckethead to run the country.

Now this does concern me. But he's German. And Germany is bossing this virus.

That sucks. But wasn't he just on a solo tour a couple of weeks ago? He was definitely around.

It's quite serious - he's in the ICU with pneumonia.
