This is being a bit too anal.

Yea... how? Does the virus not spread from hands/gloves? Does the virus not last longer on plastic in a non-sunlit area (car in a garage)?

Not particularly concerned with getting the virus from the plastic parts in my vehicle. If you think I should be, then that's another discussion. But, if it helps people from touching their face and gives them piece of mind, then that's really all that matters. So I totally understand now why some people wear them while driving, and thanks for your insight.

Just wrap yourself in isopropyl alcohol covered plastic wrap. At this rate this virus is living rent free inside people's heads.

Regardless, everyone should do it. You not wearing a mask affects other people. If you don't want to do it for yourself, then do it for other people. More importantly, please do it for our healthcare workers who are putting their life on the line everyday treating patients who got sick all because he/she didn't wear a mask.

Social distancing and eliminating non essential trips out of the house would help more

The only thing I'm doing differently is wearing a mask in my car, which I would have to do if I went out to the store that requires I put on a mask before entering anyway.

Different strokes for different folks.

Why must you constantly mock people? Do you. Do you see people here making fun of you when you WHINE about being stuck on hold with unemployment and think that the whole state should open up just because you're inconvenienced for one afternoon? No.

Don't judge other people for how they want to live their lives and how they want to protect themselves.

If you think the virus is a joke or WHATEVER nonsense you people are thinking at this point, enjoy. Feel free to spread it around to whomever is closest to you and let the chips fall where they may.

All your posts here are talking about how overblown it is and mocking others for being cautious. Get over it.

I have decided after just coming back from Dollar Tree that when I go shopping, I am going to be just as big an a$$hole as everyone else! No more Mr. Nice Guy! I expect people not to like me because I definitely do not like them.

I never said I don't wear a mask. You seem to be going through one of your paranoid cycles. Must be the media bearing down hard on the fearmongering lately.

Is there a more reliable source for this story than projectveritas? Otherwise I'm going to assume that's it's BS.

Ok, Google it if you don't like that source. There's plenty of others.

You should be wearing the mask all the time even when your driving. taking the mask off and putting it back on repeatedly/ touching it greatly reduces its effectiveness. if you repeatedly fiddle with the mask and touch it your increasing your risk of getting corona virus on your hands and increasing the risk of spreading it around your face. At some point with enough bad habbits the mask will probably increase your risk of getting corona virus compared to a person who actually does proper social distancing (6 feet is a minimum if people are exercising breathing hard etc you need to be more like 14 to 20 feet) and doesn't touch their face

Basically if your going to take the mask off you need to put a fresh one on and clean your hands before and after the processes to really be safe.

The don't touch your face rule never went away because we started wearing masks.

I've yet to see a single person wearing a mask also practice proper social distancing protocols.
