in the future as more data comes in from prospective clinical trials that have included patients first treated with glucocorticoids then supplemented with an IL-6 receptor inhibitor, the later already being used by rheumatologists for other maladies, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica. A combination of a glucocorticoid such as Dexamethasone plus an IL-6 receptor inhibitor could significantly reduce hospital mortality for patients with COVID-19 cytokine storm.

By today's end ... 10 million plus total US cases (Worldometer)
And tomorrow night ... 50 million plus total cases worldwide.

But those number aren't accurate, we all know that; they are much more higher.
It is impossible to keep track and to have enough tests when we have such high numbers.
WHO (the World Health Organization) estimated previously that worldwide the number of infected cases is approximately 20 times higher! Twenty times 50 million is one billion!
In the US alone, 20 x 10 million, if WHO is correct.

In BC today we had a new record in number of new cases, almost 600
In Canada we had almost 4,500 new cases, a new record.

In the world the number of total cases is almost 50 million! Tomorrow it'll pass that.
Today was a record of new cases worldwide: 623,266 (623,365 after adjustment)
Today was also a record on the number of departed: 9,082 (9,202 after adjustment)

In the US today the number of new cases is a record: 132,540 (132,541)
Some say that, possibly, it could get to 200,000 new cases a day. And the total of mortalities is now over 240,000 with over 10 million cases.

In France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Poland, South America, etc., the numbers are also expanding.

In India the second big wave is for December/January.

Those are not numbers, they are flesh and blood, human souls. It would take too much space to write down all their names and all the things they love in life, and the names of their children and community friends, and parents and grandparents and grandchildren...ancestry too.
