Got the steelbook from Best Buy. Looks really good so far (HDR10 player and display). Still stunned that the film is out while it's still in the top 10 at the box office.

Just picked up my 4k steelbook. An employee was handing them out by the display, as customers were coming in the door. He handed me mine...I gave it a look over, and noticed it was bent at the spine. I handed him that one back, and grabbed a mint copy.

Picked up the 4k Steelbook at Best Buy. There were about 15 or so left.

Got Best Buy to price match Walmart's price for the regular 4K at $24.99. They had TONS of them, as well as the steelbook. Stopped by another Best Buy looking for something else and it was the same -- they are not going to run out of the 4K or steelbook anytime soon.

Disappointed with the matte finish of the steelbook. Glossy would've been so much nicer.

It's possible but not all stores got that many. That and I had to pull 45 of them for preorders and then 15 more for late night store pickup orders.

Not me. I think it looks great in person. It still has that metallic look without the gloss. Pictures posted on here don't do it justice. Very happy with my purchase.

Tons of copies at my Best Buy. Was almost tempted to grab a steelbook but then I remembered I'll look at it once and never think about it again. While there were maybe 100 copies of the regular 4K I only saw maybe ~10 or so steels, so I don't think they'll last long at my store.

I'm not surprised about the availability in US stores. I'm now convinced that Black Panther will edge out Infinity War for domestic gross.

Combine that with strong interest here on this website via the number of people who already had Black Panther in their blu-ray collections (indicating either a preorder or simply a desire to own the movie) PLUS the inability to preorder on Amazon.

Thanks for the Wal-Mart heads-up. I'll either get Best Buy to price match or I'll go to Wal-Mart.
