They are optional on the BD, but I can't say for the UHD.

Which reminds me that this is coming with "reversible" steel, i.e. English title/cover on the back.

It was possible already at any rate - pre-ordered mine at amazon.fr quite some time ago. I'm also quite sure it was back in stock there at some point (after being OOS before I mean).

latelierdimages on the other hand seem to still have few in stock, but refuse to ship those to Germany (with an utterly weird message*). I tried the other day out of sheer curiosity.

EDIT: * Just tried again, and yeah, won't even add it to the basket and says sth about at least 16cm.
EDIT: But on the phone, I think I could actually place an order there now despite the weird message. Obviously won't try till the end though.

It took me 1 second to count it whereas watching the UHD would take hours.

(The reason why I didn't see the UHD is: I don't have a 4k player yet).

When I checked Amazon.fr a few days ago it said it was actually 'in stock'...and now it's showing 'pre-order' tab.

Other than said estimated delivery date, it currently says out of stock for me and pre-order only becomes available once I enter a French postcode (tried Paris). Here's hoping they won't cancel my order as the UK branch did with my Oldboy pre-order and with the useless support not being able to say why. amazon sucks.

There is a French review of the BD, so screeners at least are available. This is what I used to state the subs are optional.

At least one person claims on DVD Classik to have received their copy.
