Yeah, that's old news, but I don't think it's reliable.

I sat in my Lazy Boy all day last Sunday and watched all three on TNT with a large bowl of salsa and chips. And beer.

It was a loooong day. Thankfully I'm lazy by nature so it involved very little effort on my part. Although the beer made it interesting a couple of times waiting for those commercial breaks.

That's a lot of beer

I'm surprised, if that $99 price tag is MSRP for a nine-disc set........ I realize it's only 3 movies..... but it still seems low.....

Well the listing on the site has been saying 9-disc for quite a while and when the original pre-orders went up I think that is what the MSRP was.

I can't wait! The extended editions are great, but so are the theatrical.

I think it's way overpriced. Three catalogue titles, in their theatrical presentations (with the sole purpose to force us to get these waiting for the extended versions to come out), special features probably ported from the previous DVD versions in SD... with a freaking digital copy.
All that for 100 bucks? Please.
Shouldn't be more than $60 if you ask me, and that's already too much.

$99.98 is the MSRP, not what they'll actually be sold for.
