HDR on older films is a funny thing. Normally I am completely against anything remotely revisionist, but not so with HDR. Often it feels like you are seeing more of what the director intended even though you aren’t. Why is that?
HDR on Die Hard or Alien really enhances the experience of the film even though it is something that has been added at a later stage. Again, why is that? |
