Just to let you know, The World Series was broadcast in 4K on my xfinity. For example, FOX is 609 (HD). If you hit Guide, click on sports, navigate or speak in remote, if the game is available in 4K, you can view it in 4K. Every week, college football and pro football games are available in 4k on xfinity. Fox and NBC have had the most.

Today's Kansas State / Texas game is available in 4K on xfinity on the UHD alternate of FOX. This picture does not do it justice. Looks incredible!

The Penn State-Rutgers game on FS1 is also in 4K on Xfinity as is the Notre Dame-Syracuse game on NBC and Chelsea-Leeds United soccer match on NBCSN btw.

Deloitte: 2021 Will be 8K TV’s First Million-Unit Year

2001 A Space Odyssey, My Fair Lady, and now West Side Story (1961) mastered in 8K for NHK. Worthy masterpieces. Someday outside of Japan more of us will get to watch them.

NHK's 8K channel has been up for 2 years (Dec. 3, 2018) and in those two years they have shown 3 8K Hollywood movies.

No wonder 8K TV sales in Japan are floundering so badly.
