I have never "redeemed" one of these on physical DVD before, so I am unsure as to how it works in general, but according to the "j-card," there are indeed digital copies, and the review over at avsforum says that all three are on disc 15 of that set...

It seems later copies of the same product are known to NOT come with digital copies. Several reviews confirm they didn't come with a slip.

Also per that Amazon review, his came with a slip, and did not include the digital downloads on a disc. Could have been a product update. I know mine didn't come with a slip, and my disc 15 does nothing in an optical drive on a computer except play the DVD (I put in my digital download disc from Prince of Persia afterward to confirm I knew what a download disc should look like).

I guess some or most later customers were just out of luck with the digital copies.

Hello,

So it seems like the new edition of the series has finally gotten rid of the green tint in the first film. However, this is for the 4K release. Can someone tell me when these will be released on Blu-ray with the new masters?

Remastered Blu-rays are due to release next year.

I’ve never really understood the logic behind the ring of power.

Why exactly does Sauron have to put his power into a ring in order to wield it over Middle Earth?

Haven’t read the books in a long time; maybe they provide a sensical explanation.

...the movies certainly don’t.

Cause he made rings for every race and by putting all his power into his ring he can control all the others.
