That hurts the company selling them though, the company wouldn't want that, hell they would prefer one person bought all 3000 right from the start.

+1. The same type of lowlifes did the same thing with the Wrath of the Titans steelbook.

Dont worry it will be in your SAE order history.

If they didn't pre-order it, then what else are they going to do if they want it? If he purchased 30 copies and sells 29 of them for $100-$300, I'm sure some idiot will buy it.

Honestly, a lot of people buy these movies because they collector's items. People who don't necessarily like / have any idea about the films will buy them when they see deals and "Limited Edition". For something that's only 3,000 copies, it's going to be worth a lot when they are out of print.

It doesn't hurt the company. They know damn well that this is such a limited release and has a cult following that they would have no problem selling them.

FYI, there are no orders containing 30 copies. I'm sure it was just a burst in orders as the email newsletter is going out as well.

Also "limit one per customer" we set when it's close to selling out so the remaining copies can't all be bought out and people who haven't yet, have a chance to obtain a copy.

Yeah, TT have just said on Facebook that it looks like NOTLD is going to see the record as their fastest selling title.

There's little doubt that this movie is a guaranteed sellout. The question is how fast?

Cool. Well you guys must be pleased T the way it's going. Actually surprised it's selling faster than Fright Night, but I guess that's probably because everyone knows what it's like to get try and get a copy of Fright Night now.

45 minutes is not much to go on in the grand scheme. Not to be pessimistic, but I'd be shocked if this sold out in a week, or two. Many people will order today, but that rate is going to severely drop off, and eventually they'll probably get around 20 orders a day leading up to its release, and then another spike when it's released and reviews come in.

The Blob will be a CC release, like its dvd counterpart probably.

Pretty sure he's talking about the remake from the 1980s, which is a Sony/Columbia property.
