I'm content with my 2 copies on DVD. These "limited-edition" releases don't do the Blu-ray format any favors, not when the backers are still trying to promote Blu-ray as "mainstream" after all this time. Either make these movies available to everybody, or nobody. Most people have lives that need tending to, and just don't have the time to worry about all the "will I be able to buy this or won't I?" foolishness.

You want to sell this to me, fine. Put it on a store shelf and leave the rest up to me. But I don't have time to be jumping thru hoops to get it when I already have it on DVD, especially when (as is the case far too many times these days) the "limited-edition" Blu-ray may only offer what amounts to marginally better picture/sound and not-that-many-more "extras," over what the widely-available DVD version already offers at a lower pricepoint.

I'm not sure why you quoted me because I'm talking about The Video Dead...not the blu-ray release of NOTLD 90.

Also, with regards to order NOTLD 90 you didn't have to jump through any more hoops than you would when you have to order from amazon or any other e-tailer.

Blame Sony for your aggression towards not getting a copy of this film, the people who started Blu-ray. They don't want to spend the money to put this on Blu-Ray for everybody. So they license it to a very small company that only sells limited amounts of movies for the fans. Maybe if zombies are still in after the three year contract is up then Sony will do a wide release of the film. Maybe not.

My account on screen archives shows the order as "Pending". Is this normal?

I'm sorry if you think I was being "aggressive," but that's my opinion. And as I said, this is no way to gain mainstream acceptance for the format. DVD still exists for a reason.
