15 minutes info this and I can tell you that it just does not "look right". The top of the houses are blue, fences are blue, trees are blue...heck even Tony Todd is now blue.

You guys do realize they haven't even had a whole day to look into this right? And they are already offering refunds on open copies. What more are you expecting right now?

Well seeing as how they kind of just started with the cult horror releases I'm sure there are more to come which I now know to stay away from. Had their NOTLD release been half way decent, I would have continued to buy from them, but now, forget it. I was planning on buying Christine, but not anymore. The goal of any company is to keep customers coming back. This was a one and done for me. I know now that you can't buy from these people sight unseen, especially seeing as they're charging $30 a copy and they don't send out advanced review copies?. F that.

This is what I'm talking about. They're already offering refunds but people are still pestering them. And they aren't sending an e-mail to SAE or anything like that, they are doing it on their Facebook page and hijacking other people's posts to complain about it. These people don't want Twilight Time to make it right, they want Twilight Time to suffer. I think that's shameful.

The darker push really only affects the first thirty minutes or so, until the setting moves primarily indoors to the house. It's still dark inside the house, but not that unusual looking.

just a cynical note I've noticed over the decades. Never f@ck with a horror fan, they are the MOST vindictive and anal retentive type of fan in all of filmdom. that's why so many studios give the most care to their horror line up. they bone up, fans will haunt them for decades over it.

Took a few shots with my camera. Yes it's very different from the DVD. The blue tint/hue is very noticeable in some scenes. But it isn't pervasive in the whole film.

I agree with this assessment based on what I saw on my display.
