I think I'll stick to my DVD if I won't even be able to get the disc. Amazon is pretty much the only website I would order from. I just don't trust any others.

Great news. I waited for years to see this in HD with lossless audio quality. Too bad it is limited edition.
I bet this song will sound great in lossless quality.

Love this one. Definitely earns its place among great remakes such as Scarface and The Thing.

Excellent news!

I predict it will sell out in around the same amount of time as Fright Night. Horror fans are collectors - this won't sit around for months like other TT titles.

Agreed!!! Especially if it's signed by the likes of say Tom Savini.

Good news, yet.. it's gonna be expensive. Mixed bag of news for me as I would like to have this but the cost is prob gonna be a bit much. I'll have to see if there's any extras included before I decide.

The only other real extra you can expect to find on a TT Release would be and isolated music score track.

My thoughts exactly. I was hoping that this film would be part of the deal with Mill Creek.

Agreed, but I can certainly direct anger there way for their policy of $30 bare-bones releases.

I haven't paid that much for a bare-bones release in 4 years, and I'm not about to, now.

I will be getting 2 copies, one for me and another for a friend as a B-Day gift. I love the original but I enjoyed this one a bit more. I saw it in the theatre and I had to laugh as I was leaving there a guy behind me that was *****ing it was just like the old black and white one.
Anyway all I could say was I guess that is why it's called a remake dude.
Looking forward to this I love this movie.

Buy a prepaid MasterCard/Visa gift card and order. Nothing to worry about.

More expensive then some Criterion releases and bare bones makes it a hard sell.

If it is going to be barebones, I'd also much rather Mill Creek had gotten it instead.

If I'm not mistaken, both Mill Creek and Twilight Time are at the mercy of whatever HD master the studio gives them. So $5 or $35, the quality would likely be comparable.

Plus, with Fright Night, Twilight Time has a 2+ year hold on the film. So even though it is out of print, they have no intention of printing more and no other studio can touch it until that time runs out.

Why did this have to go through TT why? Ah well looks like it will be my first purchase from them.
