Just got my copy this morning, Southern Ontario. So if anyone in Canada is still waiting, it will come!
Will watch it when I have some spare time from studies ![]() |

Screen Archives has had two Twilight Times sales.
I should know I got titles from both sales. I think I still have the emails. Last year was buy $100 dollars worth of Twilight Time get a free signed copy of Fright Night. I think they had like 25 or 50 of these. Then this year they had for every $85 worth of Twilight Time blu-ray/dvd get a free Twilight Time dvd. Also if you were one of the first to pre-order Journey to the Center Of The Earth you got a copy signed by PAT BOONE. Last edited by Seth F.; 10-10-2012 at 06:43 PM. |

I live in calgary. I paid for premium and USPS just handed it over to Canada post and I had to go gt it from the post office.... Took 8 days from the time it left. Worst "express" I have ever got. I have ordered from Japan and had in less than 48 hrs...

I am sure I am in the 1% here, but I like the dark sharp look of this version. I think it's an improvement.

I initially came into the thread to see if people were still complaining about TT prices and the NOTLD transfer - glad to see everyone's convictions still in tact.

I commend them for their strict business model. It will assure them they can weather hard economic times, and will assure profitability for future business ventures. Those are two very important details in starting a small company. Perhaps over time they can increase cash flow, and allow for more capital investment - both would benefit us, the customer. ![]() |

I'd post a screen grab from the Facebook page, but I'd have to go back through all of their posts. And it doesn't matter anyways, because people only respond to evidence that points towards extreme blue/black images. Last edited by thephantomcat; 10-10-2012 at 08:36 PM. |

There's no denying it's been darkened and given added blue. Load 00000.m2ts into Adobe Premiere CS6 or any other decent editing app and take a look at the color chart yourself. Then do a white balance correction using the eyedropper on any object that would normally be white such as the house. Bingo! Colors back to normal. Finally, adjust brightness. Unfortunately, the hue changes seem to vary from scene to scene so getting a truly accurate correction will take a little more work.

When viewed on the same equipment as the blu-ray, by far the vast majority of full size screencaps posted here, or linked to here, absolutely do reflect how the image appears.
