That does bring up another question. Does Sony have the rights to this movie overseas as well? At amazon UK, the DVD version says that "UCA" has the rights. I believe that may be Universal, but correct me if I'm wrong about that.
TT only has the domestic rights. I am not sure about who owns the overseas rights. If it is Sony, they will probably offer the transfer TT received. I do know that if an alternative transfer is made available overseas, I will be purchasing it and getting rid of the one I have.

Correct. Please understand this isn't some large amount of copies we have going back for sale. This is a limited amount left over from enthusiasts as yourselves who saw reviews and simply returned it without viewing themselves, cancellations, spirited entrepreneurs who ordered multiple quantities returning extra's, extras for replacement/defective/lost/damaged orders that we've luckily had minimal issues of, etc. Yikes you guys are quick to assume the worst!

And we will be cross referencing orders that come in, so duplicates from previous customers will be immediately canceled and recycled for those customers who did miss out.

Good to read Chris. My compliments to SAE, you guys did a great job shipping the orders and handling the entire situation.

Another feather in the cap for accuracy over at Amazon...
The UK DVD is from Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment so it is a Sony product as well.

ROTLD was released here by Fox/MGM, and released in the UK by Second Sight.

This confuses me, the first part implies atleast a few are returned copies that were viewed , but then go on to say all being sold are 100 percent brand new and factory sealed.

if something has been opened, just cause its resealed at a factory doesnt make it brand new again.
I get that a lot of these are infact returned to you unopened but it sounds like atleast a few where returned opened and as such most likely viewed atleast once. please correct my confusion.

He explains it in this post. It doesn't sound like any were resealed:

Why bother? He can't read a few posts above and would rather anonymously accuse people of unethical business practices, when they have a history of the opposite.

It's the blu ray dot com way!

Does this make Night of the Living Dead the only Twilight Time movie to sell out... twice?
