For those who're planning on purchasing multiple copies of this blu-ray to sell only for a profit, is being inconsiderate of others. Instead of being greedy, give other people a chance to purchase it for $29.99, without charging astronomical, ridiculous prices on Ebay. That's highway robbery!

Yup. The people that do not already know about SAE and/or this title are probably unlikely to stumble across it if they have not already. Those others that are either on the fence or do not want to pay $30 for it have more than enough time to pick one up.

Pre-ordered mine, not going to get rid of the dvd though. One reason is because it was the first dvd I ever bought, and another reason is that I got it signed by a few people from the movie.

Unfortunally, many people are not as informed as we are. A musical or classic drama will take a very long time to sell out, if ever. Classic Sci-Fi or 80's - early 90's horror will sell out...

Ordered mine. 30$ is steep, but I'm impatient. I have to wonder if this will get a wide release at some point though, you would think that it will happen eventually. Killer Klowns just received a major release and that is much more obscure.

In 3 years maybe. That is when the contract runs out. Maybe after seeing the success of this title it will get reprinted hopefully uncut. Also there is always the possibility of another country getting it.

The difference is that MGM/Fox (responsible for Killer Klowns) still releases catalogue titles on Blu-ray.

Sony, on the other hand, has completely thrown in the towel.

Truth is, everybody BUT Sony is releasing catalogue product. Early this morning, I ordered THE AU PAIR GIRLS and THE NIGHT OF THE DEVILS. The day before that, I ordered WALKABOUT and Cocteau's 1946 BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Last week I ordered PARANOIC and THE UNIVERSAL MONSTERS. Tomorrow, I have three Mario Bava discs shipping.

There's plenty of small catalogue titles to be had...as long as Sony doesn't own them.
