Exceptional clarity in the picture on this 4K UHD disc.

Second time of watching the film and it has all the trademarks of most of Eastwood's recent directorial output:

- focus on dramatic real life incidents/events and media coverage of them
- unfussy, direct approach to narrative
- use of a minimalist score

Intelligent casting too – Hanks is excellent here.

Amazing PQ on this disc. The shots of New York at night were stunning. Great performance from Tom Hank that felt quite different from his typical roles. It was weird hearing LaGuardia pronounced with a "w." I thought it was just one character speaking with an accent at first but later I realized it was basically everyone.
