This teaser trailer looks absolutely incredible. It brings me back to being a kid falling in love with Star Wars for the first time.

Those of you dismissing it because you think that Harrison Ford looks old need to check up with your inner-kid who fell in love with this series in the first place. It looks amazing and I am confident J.J. Abrams will deliver a great film.

I imagine there's another universe where the episodes were made in sequence, and people would complain that Sir Alec Guiness was too old to play Obi-Wan.

You are correct as I had already deduced this. At the time of The Return of the Jedi when the Executor crashed into the Death Star I believe there were supposed to be around 5-6 of these behemoths.
