Hahaha… no way that's real.

[Show spoiler]Having Finn related to Lando would be as ridiculous as Darth Vader building Threepio.

I've got to believe there are enough smart filmmakers in the mix on this (as opposed to ONE untouchable filmmaker) that they wouldn't make that kind of boneheaded move. Someone in the chain would've put their foot down.

I get the feeling Kylo Ren has never handled an actual lightsaber. That's probably why he's going to try to kill Finn in that final shot of the trailer.

have you seen some of the crap some of these writers are putting out in modern movies? NOTHING surprises me anymore if Lindelof, Oric and Kurtzmann are still allowed jobs

A thought popped into my mind: Why does Rey have an English accent? With the original trilogy having many of bad guy's having an English accent (and it's continued here for this trilogy); would that make Rey related to or, perhaps, raised by a family descended from Imperialist or her villagers who could have descended? Or perhaps, if she's not, she was left with the villagers who have English accents.

Also, going by the line "Is it true? You're just a scavenger?" from the Kylo Ren action figure; I think that's spoken during the scene where he meets Rey. I think he's possibly met her before, or has known of her.

Edit: I'm starting to think most aren't giving Poe Dameron much thought due to knowing his last name. But I think he's the character that ties all of the stories together. I mean, he does get captured in the beginning of the movie by Stormtroopers. Which leads to Finn meeting Rey, because Poe conspires with Finn to escape. I'm just not sure if Poe does, or if only Finn ends up going AWOL or whatever. Actually, I think Poe and BB-8 try to escape together, separately from Finn, and BB-8 ends up landing on Jakku while Poe is left behind. Why? Because BB-8 is the mission for Poe. BB-8 conceals
[Show spoiler]Anakin/Luke's lightsaber similarly to R2-D2 in RotJ.
Not sure if that's a forgotten spoiler, but I hid it just in case. So, Rey finds BB-8 crash sight, while Finn crashes elsewhere and walks to Rey's village.

Kylo Ren interrogates Poe, and then leads along with Captain Phasma a brigade in search of BB-8 and Finn. The trio are pursued, and somehow find the Millennium Falcon. Later that day Kylo Ren fails to find either and destroys Rey's village. Possibly featuring Max Von Sydow's character in the process.

Oh my, gosh!

Rey already knows Han and Chewie! They're playing Ben Kenobi's role. Han and Chewie have been looking over Rey like Ben did with Luke! That's how they're probably introduced. This is mirror ANH as did TPM and vice versa.

So, then they travel to Maz Katana's place. They're ambushed afterwards. Finn, Chewie, and Han are captured momentarily until Poe Dameron and fellow X-Wing squad come in and save them. Then the battle. Simultaneously as that's happening, Kylo Ren has been stalking Rey and encounters her. She finds a blaster or something, and is possibly rescued by someone as well for Kylo to retreat. Or he captures her. The gang gets back together and travel to the planet where Leia, C-3PO and R2-D2 are located. Han and Leia reunite. The gang then plan an attack on the Starkiller base and possible rescue plan for Rey. Maybe Finn goes after Rey? And that's how he runs into or Kylo lures Finn into a trap. Which in return possibly explains
[Show spoiler]who Rey is crying
over. I still can't guess who will be take the death placement of Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon.

If any of that is right, I figured it out by only the footage, toys, and small leaked spoilers. As well as watching the Star Trek final trailers for clues to how J.J. Abrams handles his trailer editing process. So, if any of that actually transpires; I'm certainly not going to watch anything for Episode VIII.

They wrote something YOU didn't like. They're successful and that offends you.

How about people who wrote some truly TERRIBLE stuff like Akiva Batman & Robin / Lost In Space Goldsman? Stephanie Meyer? Paul WS Anderson? After Chappie and Elysium you apparently can add Neill Blomkamp.

But no, it's just the people who wrote Into Darkness.

I'll pass on the bait this time, as I didn't even mention that film. The POINT is there is a LOT of crap writing in modern hollywood movies, I wouldn't go far as to say there's no way they won't put something that stupid in Force Awakens. LOTS of crap gets through in major movies all the time, nothing would surprise me.

Not sure why Hasbro didn't just release the Force FX (Black Series) one that they did with a removable blade.

Basically,
[Show spoiler]a group of religious nutbags buys "a" red light saber that they are told is Vaders. They say they're going to destroy it to return it to its master (or something like that), but it is implied they have other plans and that they worship the Sith.

I think While on Jakkuu the good guys get Lukes saber right before Kylo Ren lands on the planet after hearing word of it being found... He Comes in guns blazing and our heroes hide out then make a daylight escape in the falcon together where they ask what's so special about the saber: leading into Han and his all true stories.

I also think the first time we see Han he will have lost the Falcon and be there getting t back.

Maybe who knows... I love how we are in the dark a month away!!!! My hat tips to you JJ

I have a feeling that Ren is mentally unstable, and that's the reason the lightsaber has that look to it, and if I'm right you heard it here first.

I've been banking on that ever since I saw the teaser last year.
We've already had calm/cool/methodical Sith Lords, in the previous films. Give me batsh*t crazy/raging/unpredictable Sith this time please!

Might want to spoil tag that entire thing pal. Heavily implying something, then spoil tagging the link to that, defeats the purpose of spoiler tags.
