To the Unknown PS3 Insider*:

Would it be possible on the PS3 to save screen shots of any scene in any Blu-ray movie as wallpaper?

...and welcome to the forum.

*Paidgeek posted about a week ago that one would join and surface in this thread.

TITOS TACOS!

(a little "insider" tip of my own!!)

Hi Keith,

An off topic question, does EM8623 support H.264 HP L4.1?

Thanks.

Any Insider who can answer: How important is attach rate?

I'd expect attach rates to be inflated for early adopters. As prices go down and the market expands, I'd expect attach rate to look more like that of DVD. So if that is true, is attach rate important or as important as total sales?

Thanks.

Girlfriend. Anniversary. I'm sure there's something else she would appreciate. Good luck!

Yeah, who's the PS3 insider? And if there really is one, I'd like to know if Bioshock, Gears of Wars (1, 2 or 3) and Mass Effect will eventually come to the PS3.

Allow me to help.
Bioshock this summer if ever ( depending on which magazines rumor section you want to believe.)
Mass Effect and Gears of War never unless Sony buys Microsoft...

MS signed a contract with Epic making them the sole publisher of Gears 1 and 2. Gears 3, however, is up for grabs, and I'm willing to bet it will be multiplat pc/ps3/360.

Bioware has also stated that Mass Effect is supposed to be a trilogy. I know MS is publishing the first, so that will never make it to the ps3, but I'm not sure what will be the fate of 2 and 3.

Bioshock could still make it to the ps3, and there are rumors circulating that 2k has a port in the works right now. Of course, there have been rumors of a ps3 port ever since the game was first announced, so I wouldn't recommend getting your hopes up yet.

Epic made Gears of War and Bioware made Mass Effect, EA bought Bioware.

I ask because in GT video year in review, N'Gai said Gears 3 will be on PS3 and Pachter said ME 2 and 3 and possibly one would go to PS3.

He's dropping all the clues. Sounds like were at the end.

The gloves will come off any time now. Maybe sooner than I thought.

If there is a PS3 insider, would it be possible to rearrange the items when you press the PS button so that turning it off is always the first choice?

Paidgeek mentioned that an SCEA insider would be joining the forum sometime soon, but I don't believe he has yet.

Since, the HD-DVD insiders at AVS love to answer bluray specific questions, I felt it was only fair that I ask our bluray specific insiders this question:

How long before we start seeing HD-DVD players at the dollar stores with 30 free movies coupons?

I have heard that Warner plans to send an official at the hd-dvd conference at CES. so Insiders, is that true ?
If they planned to drop hd-dvd why would they (Warner) attend the hd-dvd conference ? It's unsettling news I think, but is it true ?
