To any Blu-Ray insiders:

Does anyone know why Buena Vista hasn't released LOST Season 3 in the UK yet? It's been out on DVD for months now, but no Blu-Ray release.

And in their press release for European releases in 2008, they didn't mention it

It's my most anticipated release, does anyone have any information or could anyone find out for me?

Ron at HTF still continues to insist he was told by his 'fox insider' that this is what went down and that had they not pulled out at the last minute, we would all be screaming about the end of Blu-ray right now. Could paidgeek (since he is their designated blu-ray insider) or anyone else please clear them on that issue? I still refuse to believe Fox, the most paranoid about piracy studio out there, would ever consider going to the easiest to pirate HD format. I could understand if they listened to what Toshiba had to say just for shiggles, but they make it sound like people were already shaking hands.
