D-Nice has his hands in a new 55" Sony A90J OLED. Early reports is its hitting 760 nits after calibration. Out of box was about 815 nits.

Sounds like it has defeatable dynamic tone mapping this time around. Says he should have a full report out today or tomorrow.

I currently have one on order myself.

FWIW, a person on AVS got his Samsung 75QN85A today and confirmed it has 1000 dimming zones. So it looks like the 55 has 576, 65 has 792 and the 75 inch has 1000. I assume that will be the same for the US 90A version and the European 95A versions.

It would be interesting to know the dimensions of the RGB LEDs used for this 110 "TV as well as the future 88 and 76 inch versions. To know if they can be considered as using micro LEDs and not mini RGB LEDs .
