Story of Film for £22 is just nuts. Don't pass it up.

Does The Dark Eyes of London still come with a slipcover?
This along with The Lady Vanishes at £4.99 are the two titles I'm mostly interested in.

I'm thinking of placing my first order with Network, even though it's not IOSS registered (they take off vat, so that's something).

Is it just upscaled or does the blu-ray version use HD clips etc?

Dark Eyes Of London, Devil Ship Pirates and I Don't Want To Be Born.
I went for those first two plus Insignificance, which AFAIK has never been under a tenner (I've been checking every Network sale/offer).

Was dispatched last night apparently, fingers crossed still got the nice slip/cards for The Dark Eyes of London...

Quite a deal considering how invaluable I’ve found Andrew Pixley’s books with other sets like ITC’s the Persuaders, Monty Python’s Flying Circus, the Gerry/Sylvia Anderson sets, etc.

I went for Gideon and used the flat £30 shipping to finally get the LE Supercar and Fireball XL5 sets. It’s a shame that XL5 doesn’t come appointed with a book but I already have the Stingray box so I figured that I’d go all in.

I really value Network and hope for many more years of unique releases.

30 pounds to ship? You may want to think in the future to break orders like that into smaller ones that only cost 7 pounds to ship

Wow, didn't even see this, absolutely ordered. I actually met Mark Cousins at a showing of Moonage Daydream the other week in Edinburgh. It was only a fleeting meeting but he seems like a really cool guy.

MiaS vol 6 deluxe probably tips it over £30 individually anyway, so makes sense to bung some more in.

I have the criterion of Insignificance. Have always been curious about the Network release. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on it.

Network's site shows a different cover and the special features listed are different or at least incomplete though the barcode is the same for both. Was it upgraded in June 2021 or is the listing old?

My sale items arrived very quick. MiaS vol 6 deluxe really is deluxe with book, and viewing notes. Only Rome Express had a booklet, but they were all older released films.

Anyone know why it says the following when I clicked on Bless this House in the HD35 sale?

This product is no longer available.

Think it just means run out of stock currently, probably for the sale period, and will likely be available again sometime later.

If it is that then surely they should have just put "out of stock", in unclickable grey, where it says "add to cart".

I asume the other 5 volumes of Man in a Suitcase aren't deluxe are they?

The US Criterion release of The Lady Vanishes has lengthier extras plus John baxter's 1940 fim Crook's Tour.

Nope, just volume 6, which includes a smart box to put all the volumes in.

Which Tony Hancock film included the Galton & Simpson script for an unproduced film?
