It's Preminger, it's £2.99. Order it already.

I like it. Frank Sinatra's good, Kim Novak is lurvly, picture quality is pretty decent. For 3 quid you can't go wrong.

The "crazy" prices are on Amazon UK with many DVDs at £1.99 and blu-rays at £2.99.

The "bonkers" sale on the Network site appears though larger than usual to simply be one of their occasional clearance sales only this time with a few interesting bargains thrown in.

Is there a way to find them on Amazon without individual titles?

Got a link for this sale?

Aw man, it was £2.99 last time I checked, if it’s gone up to £3 I’ll wait for the next sale!

In the past, I have been put off buying Network's The Man with the Golden Arm, because of an Amazon review saying its image is overexposed, with pictures attached showing as such. The attached photos compare to the (probably bootleg) Spanish BD.

Maybe the earlier German release (Der Mann mit dem goldenen Arm) from Concorde Video is better, but that's 1:1.37 AR. I assume Network have closer to the correct OAR?

Still, £2.99...

Ordered about 18 titles in total with the latest one having these three- His and Hers; Havent watched this one yet but I liked School For Scoundrels (same cast- Terry-Thomas and Janette Scott) so hope it will be good as trailer looks funny, Flying Deuces , and Every Home Should Have One

My first sale order (of 4 titles) was dispatched by Amz this morning and happy that below ones are not included .. Still can pick them up on network store for a reasonable price..

Here’s a review with clickable screenshots at the bottom, and showing it’s in 1.66:1 ratio: http://www.dvdcompare.net/review.php?rid=3734

I’d say for £2.99 it looks good, but now after comparing it with the German disc, it does look quite overexposed.

Received the Prisoner and Supermarionation books today. The prisoner book is nice but the Supermarionation book is a stunner, £5 plus the £4 shipping is an absolute bargain. I might buy another to give to my brother.

Received my first bonkers order yesterday. I bought some extra copies of the Supermarionation book to give as presents but both were grubby and damaged. The good copy was the one that came in it's own cardboard packaging. My Prisoner book although sealed had numerous marks on the cover. Far from new looking. I am waiting a reply from Network.

I wanted to get that Supermarionation book, but Network charges £40 to ship it to Portugal.

Is the Supermarionation book a lot bigger than The Prisoner book? Because The Prisoner book has free shipping if you order it individually.

I received The Prisoner 6 disc soundtrack today in excellent condition. I'm also thinking of ordering the book too, but I hope they're not unloading their damaged stock.

Maybe I was just very unlucky. One copy was in it's own packaging and looks brand new. If you get one that isn't in it's packaging maybe it's pot luck if it looks new or not.

Yes the Supermarionation book is much thicker and heavier and with a slipbox.

Yeah, the Supermarionation book could definitely be used as a murder weapon if you wanted to bludgeon someone to death!

The worst the Prisoner book could manage is probably a paper cut.

The prisoner book is nice but it looks like it should have 'annual 2018' on it somewhere
