You are a trooper (along with the rest of the fan base) to be putting up with such mediocre play from them. I probably would have pulled out all my hair by now. Hahahah
Not Leicester, apparently. Ranieri has come out and said he will use his First Eleven midweek against Tottenham in the League but for the Cup he's going to make an entire team out of fringe players. It'll be interesting to contrast the results, as the two games are only a few days apart.

It's a tricky one. I was discussing with Geoff about the dilemma of the cup. Like Leicester, Palace are having a good year and the cup can either add momentum or distract. Of course, injuries can be an issue as well. For us, our season is so bad, I couldn't care less about the cup this year. If you were forced to make a choice, 3 points against Spurs or cup progress Pizzamorg?

I think what makes it even trickier is how its all fallen. Villa seems like an easy three points, but it comes at the end of a week where we effectively play Spurs back to back. And Spurs are nothing to sniff at this season. I can see us getting a loss in all three games potentially.

Yes, 3 games condensed into a short space of time. We have Swansea and Spurs away. Two bloody tough games. Defeat to both and it's goodbye top league.

Anyway, I predict 3-1 Arsenal.
Sadly, it is all so easy to predict my teams games.

Well done Tob.

Feel sorry for the fans travelling that far down but if fat Sam spent more time
Looking after his own team instead of looking into Lpool injuries and why it's down to Klopps training/pressing teams u might be better off.

That is not a one sided thing though David. Klopp has plenty to say for himself as well. Both benches nearly came to blows during our game with you. I believe Sam was having a little niggle back at him but I am willing to bet both parties are not exactly innocent.

Anyway, it ain't Sam that is the problem. It's our director and staff who sadly dont have a clue. Rodwell 10 million, Lens 9 million etc.. Wrong appointments for years now and it doesn't matter who th manager is. Big Sam is the man to take us back up regardless.

While taking the condensed schedule into consideration, I'd still be surprised if your manager doesn't value the Cup enough to field a solid team to compete out there. Leicester doesn't have much hardware, so in my opinion they should make a concerted effort in making a run at it, especially since they're in such a good position (second place in the PL) at this juncture. I don't think anyone would have guess that you guys would be second halfway through the season, especially so soon after being promoted. Myself included.

Yes, you were right on point about that score sadly enough, not to mention the predictability of Sunderland right now. Sorry bud.

On the other hand congrats on the win tob.

All should have ended after the full time whistle.

We've similar problems with recruitment big money spent on transfer fee and wages with little return. I'm hoping we target some decent players come the summer time.

Good result mate. No win situation when playing lower league. Win expected and the press have a field day if not. Hope the draw is kind to you.

I'd have given up the cup progression for 3 points at Villa in midweek.

Every question about Leicester's squad depths concerns were magnified in that first half. It has to be said though, it's a fantastic debut from Gray and a bit of a surprise that the players which are more first team than others seem to be the ones who are doing their worst.

Great result if they hang on. Not impressed with Casper though.
