Getting back near 70/30 but I'm still disappointed given the Sony 2:1 sale last week. Also what is up w/ HD-DVD Planet Earth sales still being this solid? Those have to be 100% inflated do to those mistake buys we keep hearing about.

I think the results for this weeks sales should see an increase from 66% thanks to Ghost Rider.

and 9 out of 10 of the top combined sellers is pretty damn good (seeing as the 1 HD-DUD title is probably skewed by a lot copies bought in error).

Those #s rock. Just goes to show how sad and pathetic hd-dvd's actual market is. At this point, im curious if hd-dvd will even surpass blu-ray for the june 26 week? Its got 8+ times the releases, lets see if it can even get a 50/50!

APOCALYPTO POTC are destructing MATRIX FOREVER

ARE YOU HEARING THIS HD-DVD ,I'm happy to tell you now the truth and only the truth.

POTC both films and apocalypto most ever HD ever made in both format and exclusively in BD with the most advanced AVC encoding higher bit rate and outstanding PCM Soundtrack are destroying the complete PACKAGE MATRIX Lower compression VC-1 codec you have.

I declare with joy the BD victory

I think "Bridge to Terabithia" will be big the next week too. And the difference is that blu-ray movies keep selling after the first week. Every HD-DVD besides PE dropped off the face of the Earth after Week 1.

Sony is still saving the spider-man series to drop the atomic bomb on them....

this will finish them off...along with Batman Begins when we show them what real sales numbers look like...

along with the Matrix movies....as long as they don't force us into buying the trilogy...

I agree that Bridge to Terabithia will be big but the way the numbers are, I think they won't be reflected in next weeks numbers. These most recent numbers are for the week ending 6/10 so the next numbers will be for the week ending 6/17 and that movie comes out 6/19 according to the blu-ray.com coming soon list. Looking at the new releases that just came out, I think Ghost Rider will help next weeks number the most.

that is only because HD DVD and amazon use lies and trickery to sell PE...

the people looking to buy PE see that it sells for just under 54.00 on DVD....so why not pay 67.00 for the HD version?....

little do they know, they need a player for this...

I know that... just pointing out that the pressure will be kept on with new releases for the next 2 weeks of reported stats at least. I meant BoT will be there next week to buy.

Spidey series on Blu-ray will be devastating blow to the HD-DVD camp.

YES OF COURSE and who is not going to buy these titles in BD.Lets not forget too when DISNEY will declare the release of POTC3 in BD

I have faith we will see this title in December just during the holidays

I hope for warner Batman Begins to release it in higher bit rate AVC and PCM Soundtrack at least
