I know this has been posted somewhere before but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Does anyone have the list of stores that are counted in the Nielsen Video Scan Weekly Numbers?

All major brick and mortar retailers but Wal-Mart

No online-only retailers but Amazon

Closing and stickying because this comes up every other day
