If you're working age (most are 20-50) , not really. The death rate is 0.4% if you're in your 40s, for example. And that's only if you contract it. So its actually 0.1-0.2% (assuming 25-50% chance contracting it) if you're in your 40s and don't have it yet. 1 in 1000 is not "life and death"

Now if you're over 70, then yes its 8% death rate, or if you're over 80 its 15%. But most workers are not over 70.

Only exception is if someone working age (20s-50s) takes care of an elderly person, then yes they should not expose themselves.

I wouldn't go near Disneyland, and anyone who takes this pandemic seriously wouldn't either. For all we know the place may have kids Rudying the place with their contaminants as a joke. They should shut it down.

Apologies for not being clearer in my post. I was talking about NYC subways because our subway system is very dangerous at this time. People are literally packed like sardines in subway cars and then you wait for the next train and that one is also packed like sardines. Very dangerous during this time considering how easily this virus spreads.

Completely get it. I was on vacation in NYC several years ago & used the subway exclusively to get around (didn't rent a car). I experienced exactly what you're talking about.
