No amount of resources and funding speed up the time needed to fully test a vaccine. Anybody with a theory can develop a potential vaccine over night but testing the vaccine isn't as simple as jabbing a needle into one person and deciding that them not dropping dead on the spot means it is safe enough to give to millions of people. Especially in this case where vaccine candidates seem to be returning a high amount of ADE results. All these leading experts are still changing their stance week by week on basic things like how it can spread let alone trusting them to decide a vaccine is safe.

Best to be kind, stay calm, be safe, wear a mask, social distancing, adapt and be patient. And don't count on a vaccine, count on us first...our actions...our right course of actions...with all proper balance between health, safety, economy and respect of life and humanity.

We can do it, we just need to wake up...all of us.
The ones that don't...give them stiff fines, isolated them on deserted islands, confine them, quarantine them, educate them, show them the way ...

I've always felt that it would be a combination of vaccine and virus to get to herd immunity. So if they'd rather get the virus then the vaccine then that's their choice I guess.

Big time; many many companies are working on vaccines @ a very fast pace, like never ever before. It's normal too because this pandemic is exponential, easily transmissible from human to human, and with the potential of millions of deaths over the years. Plus, all the people sick and weaker, because the infected and survivors many are very impacted biologically, and can be reinfected again and even weaker.

The people who know best are the front line fighters; nurses, doctors, health scientist experts, epidemiologists, people who lost family members and close friends.
The more loved ones we lost close to us the more waking up in all of us...kids, teenagers, young people, middle age, older age, grand parents. ...And from all venues of life...workers, employers, directors, students, laborers, gardeners, stockbrokers, analysts, news anchors, journalists, CEOs, ... And from all regions, languages, colors, nationalities, airplane companies, brands, ... ALL & EVERYTHING.

I forgot something very very important; more testing, we need more testing in the Americas.
It's by more testing that we can control and slow down and save lives in this pandemic.

Very true; they are still working and testing vaccines for HIV/AIDS for the last 40 years.
And how many people died since? ...Many many millions...32 million?
