[Show spoiler]it's also possible that that company planted the idea of having kids into Cobb's head just to get him to do what they want and they don't really exist.

Credit for this idea goes to a guy I chat with on AIM.
[Show spoiler]Sorry but they were in the same room at the same time

Thats cool you like to go alone. I happen to hate it i like the company of my gf. I went alone once and i was so board i like discussing the trailers with her as they come on and it's just nice to have company. The good thing for you is you see what you want whereas i only see what she wants to also see.

Honestly this movie was nothing like what I thought it would be about and that's a good thing, I like to be surprised once in awhile when I go to the movies, that doesn't happen often enough any more.

Reasons INCEPTION will have success.

Leo!~ Leonardo DiCaprio has had great success for directors of the like of, Scorsese, Cameron, Spielberg, Sam Mendes and Tony Scott. Can you beat that/ This dude is the actor of the century!

Great Marketing. We were tricked into knowing what this is about.

Caine, Levitt, Page, Watanabe!

And the Number One reason Inception will be a success...

We all have been having dreams all of our lives. This is the first movie to successfully tackle this subject from beginning to end EVER.
Ground breaking. In a thought provoking way!

For the ending...........
[Show spoiler]Is it possible that Cobb was in limbo?, because his childen never aged, they appeared to be the same age in "reality" as they were in his memories. And if he wasn't in limbo and he truely was back in reality, then how many years passed between his wife killing herself causing Cobb to flee and him returning to his kids, only a year? because they never seemed to have aged.

[Show spoiler]Could be more like 14-18 months, 20 months is right next to 2 years after all.

[Show spoiler]The way it ended, I think there could have been four possibilities:

1. He's back in reality.

2. When he and his wife got killed by the train in limbo, they delved into a second limbo--but they thought they returned to reality, thus she was right the entire time (that it was still a dream). Arthur was right that there is no inception. Inception means a beginning, and as Cobb said, you can never trace a dream back to its origin... and it was impossible for him to return to his original reality (he had gone too deep).

3. The "reality" he came back to is actually a first dream state (thus bumping every other dream state up another level--totaling 5). In other words, he's been dreaming the whole time.

4. He could never escape the limbo (it never actually showed him escape anyway), so he is stuck in the 4th dream layer

I haven't chosen which yet, but I am leaning towards #2.
I think 2 isn't possible,
[Show spoiler]he span his thingy and it toppled over too many times to mean that it wasn't true.

[Show spoiler]Except it's not really his totem, it's hers and it doesn't quite fall in the fade-out shot.

Only one of four movies I've given a score of 5 to, this year. And I will say, this is a MUCH, MUCH better film than The Dark Knight, and I only hope it receives the same amount of attention and praise as that overrated movie, because it honestly deserves a lot more.

Honestly surprised by the number of 5 star reviews for this movie, 5 stars implies that it was great and it's a bit early to call this one great just yet.

I thought it was great. And I even went into the movie expecting not to be impressed. I'm not suggesting Best Picture nomination, just that it's a great film.
