I spotted him immediately. So, when I saw him show up as a younger version of himself, I figured something had to happen to him along the way.

Yes, but he did say

I don't think he liked the movie enough to desire to become an Extractor.

Actually, while we are bringing up negative aspects, the only other thing besides the excessive gunfights I did not like about the movie is
[Show spoiler], while Nolan directly deals with dreams in the story, he never shows the supernatural side of how dreams really are. I think that is one of the most significant components to portraying dreams is the oddity of imagination in all it's shapes and sizes. I'm talking unicorns and rainbows people.

To rebut myself, I will mention that the brilliant architects and trained extractors probably legitimize most of that lacking aspect. Plus, that hallway fight scene definitely ranks as one of the coolest action scenes ever.

I arrived from the Imax.

Such a great movie but nothing compared to The Prestige and all others Nolan trademark movies.

Inception combines the best script with the best scenario of the year.

I would rather be an Inceptor.

[Show spoiler]Or maybe an Interceptor. That should be the sequel. Interception.

As much as I liked this movie, I hope they don't do a sequel, they pretty much saw this story through to the end anyway.

Yes, very nicely staed. I think the reason he stayed away from that was because you'd see S**T like a rasin with a Unicorn head riding a tricycle. This, in turn, might have lent more creedence to the story. Letting the imagination run amok even for a few frames would have been fun.

I think that would've been nice when they
[Show spoiler]were training Ellen's character to build worlds but not after. The whole point of the training was to help the dreamer feel at home in the world they were being placed into.

Watch they are going to make a trilogy.

On a serious note, I wouldn't be entirely opposed to anything as long as Nolan is behind it. But I definitely agree with you.

DiCaprio delivers his usual solid performance, although I cannot say the same for the Mutt face JUNO girl...I swear she looks bored in every movie I see her in...and this one is no different. The premise of the movie is fun but at some point the dream within a dream within a dream of a dream seems endless and borderline nonsensical. If Martin Luther King were alive he might be saying, WTF kinda a dream you havin? Looks nothing like mine. Anyway, turn your brain off and go see this one but don't fall asleep...you might wake up at work or somewhere worse.
Dude, go buy yourself a brain. Thanks.

On a more serious note about the ending and sequel

[Show spoiler] I think we need some kind of sequel because we lack in information and the story's goal.
Or maybe this is reality and we don't need further details because it is indeed a dream.
Who knows? The eternal question

LOL, yeah that ending definitly sets up a sequel...not sure if I want a sequel. The first one was pretty neat and clean and really dosen't need a sequel.

So after the trailer for Charlie St. Cloud, during the transition between trailers when it goes completely silent, a woman turns to her friend and says "wow they just told us the whole movie."

The entire theater busted up laughing. It was great.

That's a bit uncalled for, you can disagree with the guy without implying that he's stupid. I don't agree with him either but that doesn't mean he's dumb or I have the right to imply such.
