Still pissed about the fact that "The chorus" and "renneisance" does not have english subs.

Ah! Once again, some of those cases has the DVD logo. Why is that?

I think a good number of them are just mockups, based on what the studio has done with their bluray covers so far, photoshopped with the dvd material to make it what they assume, or are told what the bluray case will look like.

Most of the covers posted here (taken from e-tailers preorder pages and press releases) are sent to them by the studios and apart from some minor cosmetic changes on some of them, end up being the actual covers.

Just found these new Lionsgate BDs at DVD Empire. Both mention DTS-HD 7.1 tracks, and both are due 9/18:

The Lives of Others cover looks great! Region Free, Please!

That Best of Blu-Ray one looks hideous. It reminds me of some pirated 12in1 DVD discs popular in Asia.

The cover for 'Saturday Night Fever' is one of the worst cover arts I have seen so far on the BD format.

Just when I thought 'Trading Places' and 'Coming to America' had terrible cover arts. Now come this. Apparently Paramount is hiring lousy graphic designers. Or it just could be the executives who keep rejecting the good cover arts.
