It's unlikely. As a graphic designer, it's common knowledge for the title to be on the top and not the bottom. The reason for this is because if you put it on the top, it will catch people's attention more than it would if it was placed on the bottom.

A lot of movie posters, you can put the title wherever you please to. However, on a DVD/BD cover, you put it on the top.

So yes, I would say the Blu-ray cover is a mock-up design and only a placeholder until the real cover design is released. Knowing George Lucas, the cover will probably be terrible, just like the Star Wars covers on DVDs.

*shrugs* Dunno. Lots of DVD/HD releases seem to abandon the design direction of the theatrical art and go with photo montage type for some reason....
