Pulp Fiction has been released on August 4th in France, how come it is still unrelased in US/Canada yet?

I just watched Aliens today upconverted to 1080p. Man, I wish that movie would get a Blu-ray release sometime soon. but hopefully it will be a good transfer, that's one grainy movie, although it's due in part the film itself as Cameron says on the DVD's commentary so...heres hoping! *crosses fingers*

I've been wondering about this for a while now, and I never understood why it hasn't happened yet.

Breach on Blu-ray? You know, the movie about Robert Hanssen that has Chris Cooper in it. It's a Universal Studios film. I thought for sure it would come on Blu just like Bourne did. One of my favorite movies.

Does anyone know when the cinematically brilliant In the Mood For Love will be released on Blu-ray? I noticed that Chungking Express is available and bought it as soon as i could, but I really need ItMFL. If anyone know's when or if it's being ported to BD then i'd really appreciate it, as I can't find any information on the internet about it.

so very annoying running into the oriignal BD promo's and having OUATIM show up in hi def, but never coming out on BD. Ultraviolet get it (which kinda grows on you but still a bad movie) but nothing from the Mexican trilogy.

Like forever so that's why we can't concern ourselves with movies like Star Wars and Jurrasic Park that will take a really long time before a Blu-ray release hits.

Maybe they hold out for more people to cross over to BD before releasing the blockbusters?Saves them a few pennies in advertisement since the biggest sales is in the first weeks.

Either way:Want star wars,Lawrence of arabia and the hustler&color of money on BD pronto!
