On the individual movie releases, they vary.

I don't know if this has been answered yet, but I saw the Lazenby one on BD in fye yesterday. It's got the same look, Lazenby on the slip, and it fits perfectly with the other actor sets if that's how you want to own these films.

BBY also has an exclusive Daniel Craig steelbook along with the 9 others.

I'm probably late to the party, I know...

Default Wrong pic on here

I just wanted to point out to someone that on this website, they show the James Bond Collection picture for the Ultimate James Bond Collection set, possibly adding to confusion for some, when they see the white "cheap" set and think they're getting the $209 black ultimate set, which is supposedly only available at Amazon.com.

I bought the cheap white set yesterday, and I can indeed say with certainty that they are the exact same discs as the Bond 50 BD set. When I put several of them in, my Oppo resumed play from having played the old discs, the single ones I own anyway. Sadly no new remastering, but I knew that. At 57, I probably won't live long enough to see a 4k remaster of this series.

The packaging is much better than Bond 50, 3 plastic cases inside the double cardboard box. No cardboard slots to scratch the discs, and no huge book that won't fit in any BD shelf or rack known to man.

FWIW, it has the same labels as the Bond 50 BD set, but the Skyfall label is the same as the stand alone BD, it doesn't match the rest of the set's black labels with blue stripe. Labels don't bother me much when the disc is in my player.

I'd love to know too and also if the two new featurettes in the black box set are on a Blu-ray Disc or dvd or digital code.

Thanks.

My initial set from Best Buy also had the Goldfinger BD from 2008 with different label. The Amazon set had all '007' matching except Skyfall, although the outer boxes are not all that sturdy compared to Bond 50.

My copy of the Amazon exclusive black box is en route to me from Canada. I will post an answer once I receive it.

Thanks.
It's on the bonus disc and it's in HD. The documentary looked great on Blu-Ray.

Yes they do. It's on the bonus disc with the Everything or Nothing documentary. Plus the rest of the same bonus material from the Bond 50 is also included, all on the same bonus disc.

The title sequence theme songs feature is also included, but this time they also added Skyfall. It's a silly feature, but for those who want a Bond theme marathon, I guess it's good for that purpose.

Thanks for clarifying that. I had cancelled getting the ultimate collectors set because I had the Bond 50th set. But now you've clarified that I think i will re order it. I ordered the QoS Steelbook but the two new featurettes are for a streaming version only. They aren't on a bonus disc, which was disappointing. Thank you for the info.

Not a problem. Yeah, I hate when they do stream only features. At least with this set, you don't have to worry about that, and also the discs aren't a hassle to take out as it was with the Bond 50 set.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I am at Target right now debating whether or not to get the Brosnan set. Does it also come with movie money for SPECTRE or is that just the individual releases?

It does not come with movie money. I bought it on Tuesday.

So you are basically saying this Ultimate set contains everything the Bond 50 has and more!? So I can basically sell my old set and not miss anything?

Yes, that's correct. All of the same discs and bonus features plus the EoN doc and the two new featurettes on the bonus disc.

Thanks for that. I like the idea of the cases but I'm not crazy about the design. I have the actual real poster book, so that's a bit of a moot point for me. The extra feature disc from the original Bond 50 set really needed help and I see they updated it with the excellent Everything Or Nothing documentary and a few other new special features. Man, If I could just get my hands on just that updated extra feature disc. Other than that, I'm happy with the Bond 50 set.

I just bought two of the collections at Target, and I don't really want the theme song downloads that came with the BDs. So, these two codes are up for grabs:
