I see, thanks.

i don't think there will be any versions which will not include digital copies, and be cheaper, right?
I really not have any interest in them.

Probably not. For the actor's collections you're probably looking at about $60-$70 plus probably $10 a pop for TLD, LTK, and OHMSS individually for the Digital HD codes.

I thought I answered it pretty definitively the day it came out:

Default James Bond Volume Collections & Ultimate Collection

How are you double dippers handling the Daniel Craig box set that doesn't have the bonus disc for Casino Royale?

My completist part of me is going nutty.

Something tells me I should just keep the Brosnan collection and perhaps the Connery collection and leave the Craig movies as singles.

Indeed you did. I obviously missed your post in my frenzied search last night. I've already pretty much got taken out to the wood shed for it already.

After reading through some of the reviews on the Connery films, looks like some of them touch on SPECTRE. Could watching those films ruin it for me in November?

As the new film is a reboot it's not going to be spoiled too much unless they go over old-ground, although people have said that SPECTRE has a few story beats from On Her Majesty's Secret Service as well. I don't think they'll repeat too much but there will be similarities due to familiarity. Never Say Never Again features the organisation as well.

The only thing it could possibly spoil is the identity of
[Show spoiler]Waltz's
character, who
[Show spoiler]Waltz
has been denying
[Show spoiler]he
's playing (but pretty obviously is, the latest trailer seemed to confirm it).

I still haven't made a birthday present to myself and for the last few days i've been looking around for deals on these movies. I think the cheapest way to get all of them right now is from Canada as it comes to 77,45 euros with standard delivery. But now I'm worried that if my old american ps3, that still works fine, ever breaks i'll be left with these movies i love (and can't exactly afford right now) and no way of seeing them.
I'm not sure what your specific concern is if your PS3 breaks down. Are you worried that the Canadian discs won't play on a European blu-ray player? These discs will be region free so if you end up getting a regular blu-ray player they should all play fine on that too.

I bought the white coloured box set as a back-up set to my individual releases of the Bond films (yes, this is something I do with many of my most favoured movies) so I'm not too worried about the box set not having the 2nd disc from Casino Royale.

I really don't think watching the old movies with SPECTRE will spoil it at all, especially as the Craig films are reboots. In fact, I think watching the older films featuring SPECTRE might enhance your appreciation as you will understand the history of the organization and its leader Blofeld even more. From Russia With Love, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice and On Her Majesty's Secret Service are the ones which feature SPECTRE the most significantly.

Eh, Graigs are the best. He's reinvented Bond and it needed to be as they had gone stale. I love Bond so I'm not sure where your coming from when you say that but they did need a change of direction. One point I agree with you on is that CR is fantastic.

Well I caved. I'm keeping all of them!

Anyone know if the Dalton set includes UV?

I can't find that anywhere and it interests me the most as I like Dalton as an actor and hear he was similar to Craig.

To get the UV codes for the Dalton films you have to get the titles individually.

Currently the best deal is through fox connect, where if you sign-up for their newsletter you can get a onetime use 30% off coupon. which makes them just under $8 a pop, but to get free shipping you have to spend $25 before discount.

Has anyone noticed that the disc art varies a bit? Some of the titles have yellow lettering, some are white. The logos seem to change a bit depending on what color the title is....

I thought that most of the discs on the American and Canadian Bond boxset were region locked.

The 11 movies from the original wave of Blu-rays are locked (Dr No, FRWL, Goldfinger, Thunderball, LALD, TWTGG, Moonraker, FYEO, LTK, TWINE, DAD) while the newer discs for YOLT, OHMSS, DAF, TSWLM, Octopussy, AVTAK, Living Daylights, GoldenEye and TND are region-free. I dunno what the story is with the region locking on the US Craig titles though (not that anyone would want the PG-13 cut of Casino Royale anyway ).

Since this is "Under Review" from Amazon, I am thinking about ordering it from Amazon.ca. I know the listing for the Ultimate Edition says bilingual but does anyone know if it actually it? Sometimes Canadian editions of box sets just have bilingual text on a removable card glued to the back of the packaging.

Got Brosnan ($9.99), Moore 1 ($9.99), Connery 1 & 2 ($14.99/ea.), Casino Royale ($7.99) & QOS (7.99) from Target, minus 5% for using a RED card. I only double dipped bc people are being EXTREMELY greedy with regards to selling UV codes (i.e., selling the Brosnan collection for $18-$20, when Blu + Digital HD is $9.99). I figured I can resell the Blu copies at a price that will make the purchaser AND me feel very happy. Scored Moore 2 and OHMSS codes at a reasonable cost and already own Skyfall. I say all that to say, I need License to Kill and Living Daylights to round out the collection. Foxconnect w coupon seems to be the best option, I just hate to waste my ONE chance to have 30% off on 2 $10 blurays. Plus, I'd have to pay shipping. Suggestions? Alternatives? Things I can add to my foxconnect order to make the order worth my while?

Are you talking about your actor collections? This also seems to be the case for the regular white set, too, but the Amazon exclusive has all white titles based on the unboxing vid that was posted.

Please does someone know which subtitles are available in the Bonus Disc from this new Amazon UK edition?
