blinkbox is an alternative. I use that on my PlayStation, CinemaNow is the other one, but when it first came out it wasn't great. I think Sainsbury's also offer something.

Yes, something major is indeed going on with this deluxe box set. I will avoid it like the plague. I wish I knew what the situation is. Under review off and on all the time.

I just checked blinkbox, and all of the Craig movies were available to buy in HD, so hopefully that's a good sign that they stream with UV in HD too.

The problem seems to be solved and the box set is once again not under review and available for sale. I wish I knew what the issue was.

Probably scratched discs. I had 3 collection sets with at least 1 scratched disc.

Just curious if anyone knows how to redeem the UV codes for the actor sets on VUDU? All Bond titles are on there and have option to redeem but with these one code for 3 or 4 titles to redeem I don't see on option on VUDU for that. Always try to redeem directly on VUDU as opposed to through the studio redeem page. Also I'd much rather the titles show up solo rather than as a bundle icon. Any info is appreciated.

uvvu.com is the best way to redeem them.

Right but do you know how they appear after you redeem the code, are they listed individually or is it one icon listed for the 3 or 4 films linked to the code?

If you redeem the actor set codes through Vudu, you get the bundle & save versions. If you redeem the codes outside Vudu, once it links to Vudu it will be the separate titles listed in your collection on Vudu.

Oh okay great thanks for the info, there's actually no redeem button on VUDU for the actor packs. None that I can find anyway. So when redeeming them outside of VUDU, they still redeem in HDX format... correct?

To redeem in vudu, use links such as these

The way I redeem codes on Vudu is always under 'Services' and then 'Redeem Ultraviolet Code.' After that, you enter the title in the search, click on the title that matches your search and enter your code. Works like a charm.

Well seems no matter which way I redeemed the codes, they still showed up in my VUDU library as the "bundle and save" listing instead of as the individual titles. Bummer, can't stand when they show up like that

Even the 2.0 Dolby Surround is not correct. It's merely the new 5.1 downmixed - not at all like the previous 2.0 mixes in various formats.

Sorry to bring this up again, but what are some specific signs of this? The 2.0 track on my Blu-ray certainly has some surround activity in the matrix. Not super-flashy, but it's there, particularly in the final laser battle. (But I never heard the laserdisc.)

From what others have said, redeeming through Flixster, it would carry over to Vudu as the individual titles. Personally, I wanted the bundles, so I redeemed the codes through Vudu. I'm guessing that's how you redeemed your codes. Obviously, I don't know firsthand that redeeming through Flixster would have been the way to do it for you.
