Cuts to the torture scene are only found in the UK rated 12 release from Sony. The rated 15 UK release from MGM is uncut. All Australian releases are uncut. All US releases have cuts to other scenes.

Can't believe the price of the newest Daniel Craig collection when the one released last year can be bought for under $20.

Slightly OT but I've been on a bit of a Bond kick recently and I got to Moonraker yesterday.

I'm shocked that the BD comes from a 4K master. It looks really poor compared to the other 4K Bond transfers.

DNR, EE, jacked up contrast, It's got it all. It should look much better considering that it's a 4K transfer.

The Spy Who Loved me is two years older and the BD transfer for that is gorgeous. The best of the old Bond transfers imo.

The newer one only because it has Everything or Nothing. If that doesn't matter to you then Bond 50 w/Skyfall looks nicer and should be cheaper.

Who knows? I saw SPECTRE and I was disappointed. It seemed half-arsed and forgettable. Not to mention that it suspiciously has a similar plot to another spy movie in the same year. Daniel Craig is a great Bond, but we just need better story and dialogue from his movies.

I couldn't believe it when I walked out of Spectre thinking Rogue Nation was better. It did seem storywise that Spectre bowtied Craig quite well.

I want it to be his last so I have a complete pack with my newly purchased 4-film pack.

Also, if he doesn't want to do it then it won't turn out well.

I feel like I've read several times that he originally signed for five films. But of course, there are ways out of that.

Spectre was a mess-and-a-half, though. It'd be nice for him to go out on a higher note.

Having rewatched RN recently, it doesn't hold up as well as I hoped. Most of the Bond catalog is still breezy fun after all these years, I don't think RN will have the same longevity.
