So far its okay as I dont have too many blu rays.
I'd understand if you had less than 10 movies, but 39 Blu-rays deserves a shelf mate, but that's just me.

I had a whole shelf for my lonely Spiderman 3 when I started in 2007.
But it filled quite fast, a little too fast perhaps.

I organize my BD's alphabetically except for Oscar winners for best picture (I am organizing those movies by production year) and of course the Box sets occupies a different shelf.

I just have my movies thrown in some random order in several different places. The only things that are organized are my Criterions, Disney movies, and Kubricks.

I organize my Blu-rays alphabetically so that it's easier for me to find a certain movie that I wanna watch.

I just have mine in order of date purchased. It's getting to the point where I get 2 or 3 new blus every week and I don't want to go through the hassle of reorganizing them every week.

I have superhero/comic book movies, then Disney & Pixar movies, then everything else alphabetical. Guess I'll run into a real problem when Marvel movies eventually get released under Disney, which I'm assuming they inevitably will. Oh, that'll be a tough day in this house...

On a shelf, standing on it's end, spine facing out, in alphebetical order.

Is that what you wanted to know?

Where can one such as I order these binders? I'd like to keep this smart idea in mind as my blu-ray collection is growing.

I have them alphabetized with the following exceptions:

1. The top shelf is for TV series and box sets like Rocky, X-Men, etc. They are in alphabetical order, but are organized relative to themselves.

2. Casino Royale is by itself, the classic Bonds are under J.

3. Sequels are next to each other regardless of their name, like TDK and Batman Begins.

I am obsessive-compulsive when it comes to organizing things. If someone comes along and watches a movie, or worse yet grabs a disc from the shelf and randomly places it back, it drives me nuts. People have expressed interest in a movie and grabbed it, like Red Cliff which is on the bottom of 5 shelves. They look at it, and then place it on the second shelf with the D-G movies...

Not only is it annoying for my OCD tendencies when it comes to organizing, it's just plain rude and lazy not to place something back where you got it from.

The actual title consists of the number 30, not the word thirty spelled out. So, why would you do this?

007 then # then abc order. TV shows are seperate from movies in different cd holder storange binder, but in # then abc orders. I have 1000 blu-ray in collection.
Under 007, it is in exact order when it was made or filmed, example, From dr. no to Quantom of Solace.

Top shelf are my favorites though some favorites are down with the rest on shelves by studio, I have a shelf that is mixed because I have few shelves and few movies from certain studios.
