I do mine numeric and then alphabetical, blus come first, hd dvds follow and then dvds. Special cases get their own space though like BoB Star Trek season 1 on Hd, etc. And all my concert discs are also separate. I do keep my series together though, like Bonds are under B, Bournes, Die-hards, etc.

I sort mine by a mixture of spine color, genre, collection, and slipcase. Take a look at my Blus in my HT gallery to see what I mean.

TV Shows, Regular Blu Cases, Digibooks, Boxsets.

And within each group I put them in the order in which I watched them. Except for franchises and series of course. They stick together.

Just tap in the bar code number found on the back of the film and it then adds that film to your collection with front/back covers and full film specs including cast and crew information

+1!

I love DVD Profiler and I also use Libra as a backup and different method of displaying the collection. Right now I do sort though, numbered titles first followed by alphabetical for all films after that. My Boxsets are kept in a different cabinet. I am currently mixing my blus in with my DVDs, but am considering giving them their own section now that I have a few more. The only drawback of giving them their own section is that when I replace an old DVD with a new blu and there's a little extra room around it, it gives me a little thrill

Same here. All of my BDs and HD DVDs are mixed together, separate from my SD DVDs, which are also sorted the same way.

Alphabetical, but a movie and its sequels go together whether or not it makes alphabetical sense. Not very exciting.

Oooh, but my Blu-rays and HD DVDs are all mixed together. Touching, even. The pictures are too shocking to display here.

Edit: Damn, and even that part has been posted eight hundred times. This thread is pretty dull, and I helped.
