Cult Epics just listed The Voyeur as OOP via Facebook post. Offering it through ebay. It’s still at amazon for 19.xx$ if anyone is interested

Sorry to post about Cult Epics again. The seller on eBay that CE linked to also lists Monamour (single release), Black Angel (Senso 45), and the Tinto Brass Maestro of Erotic Cinema set as OOP.
All still seem to be available at other retailers but I’m pretty sure it’s someone at CE’s eBay due to the way a return was handled for a scratched disc a while back.

It seems to be back in stock just about everywhere now lol arrow version is better though if you care, region free.

So far those are not out of print. They just went out of stock and came back in within the last couple of weeks on two of those at Amazon.

I tend to agree with your outlook as not only is Nico posting on Facebook that these are out of print but the ebay seller is Obsurmedia which is noted on Cult's website as being "our daughter Ebay store".
