The page says it’s Region free but the back of the package says Region B and I don’t want to waste $35 on a disc that won’t work.
Britnasty or just get your player modded, then no need to worry again. Play station 3 or 4, sorry not sure with out checking, have a soft mod. Ask and I'll check for you

I had a region free player for the longest (the Best Buy Insignia bd player that you could make region free) until a bad storm caused a giant electrical surge and fried the motherboard out on it and my roku. I learned my lesson about using surge protectors from now on.

You should read the rest of my post. I mentioned there was no disc included. So people are basically thinking they found a major steal, then groaning when they see it is the case only. Such a rollercoaster of emotions lol.

houseca yes I read the complete text. If a decimal point was added in the correct place of the price it would lead to a more realistic price. I've seen this sort of scam before, i.e. 'play station box and instructions'

Behind the Candelabra and Mosaic have both been removed entirely from the wbshop website, and are gone from Amazon as well.

Best Buy still has stock of Mosaic, if anyone wants to order a copy before they're totally gone:

If the page info is correct, it looks to be MPEG-2 video and lossy DD 5.1. You'd probably be better off with the digital hd.

It's possible Man in the Iron Mask from Shout is going OOP. It's not available at many retailers anymore. Even though the release is only a couple years old, many of the MGM titles that Shout/Scream had put out are going OOP. Figured it'd be better safe than sorry to alert some of y'all even if it turns out to be in between re-pressings. They haven't indicated it on the Shout website yet but sometimes they're a bit slow at letting people know and it's already gone at most places (like what happened with Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2).

Looks like Manhunter is sold out from Shout's website and is OOP now.

It's good to post these corrections, but it's too optimistic to think it will stop him from posting titles that aren't actually out of print.

It's always fun to hear from my biggest fan.

The fact that this title is still sold by one retailer or another is not a "correction."

OOP means the distributor is not producing a title anymore, it does not mean that no retailers still stock it new. "Out of print" and "sold out" are two entirely different things.

Mosaic is not sold out at every retailer. I'm aware of that. I intentionally post here as soon as it appears a disc is OOP, so that people can still purchase it from the handful of retailers that have stock.

Mosaic is an exceedingly obscure title on BD, likely produced in extremely limited quantities.

Wbshop.com has removed the listing for it entirely, so it is not possible to order it from the distributor. That's the best sign that it is OOP.

Amazon has only used copies in the $50 range, and Amazon is usually the first retailer to run out of titles after they go OOP.

I won't apologize for what I do, I'm trying to help people get a copy at a reasonable price. I post when I believe with convincing evidence that a disc is "out of print," which means there will be no more made. I firmly believe that is the case with Mosaic.

By the way, to prove I'm not here just to win some prize for being first, I'd like to add some helpful info that removes two titles I previously suggested for the list.

It appears Contagion and Magic Mike are back in print. Wbshop.com again has them listed as available:

https://www.wbshop.com/products/contagion-bd
https://www.wbshop.com/products/magic-mike-bd

They can be removed from the main OOP list.

Amazon doesn't stock either title new at the moment, but wbshop.com is a MUCH better indicator than even Amazon.

It looks like Detroit Metal City is OOP. It's only available from third party sellers on Amazon. DeepDiscount has it listed for special order, but they cancelled it when I tried to order from them.

There are any number of European discs I have that claim that they're Region B, but are actually region free.

At any rate, on that page you link to, scroll down to the row of screenshots. Just above them, there are a series of boxes with links. The third from the right says "Region coding". Click on that, and you'll see that three users have confirmed that it's region free.

Managed to secure both brand new unopened copies of Drive Me Crazy and Jumpin Jack Flash off eBay today. Both way more than I would have ever paid but I’ve been behaving this pandemic and saving so I splurged.

Now to find Triangle and my list of OOP titles is done.

I have never noticed that before. Thanks for the heads up! I’ll know now for future use.

If you happen to be region free, Triangle's available in the UK.
