There’s an eBay seller offering this and Deadly Duo (also Shaw Bros/Tokyo Shock) for $20. They also have individuals of each reasonably priced FWIW.

I had no problems ordering F/X & its sequel both on 101 films. It always helps to be region free. I did manage to find a copy of "The Magnetic Monster" on e-bay for 30 dollars, shipping included. Got lucky with that one.

So yesterday I found a copy of Dogma, in shrinkwrap seal for $5, I thought that was quite an excellent find at a pawn shop, however I’m a bit afraid to open it up.

You kind of have to open it to make sure it isn't a bootleg at this point. Sure that's some expensive shrinkwrap you'll be removing if real, but the movie and disc are so worth owning you should open and keep it.

Congrats on a huge score.

If it's fake but the cover isn't (or is a near perfect re-print) I'll buy the cover from you. I had to grab the Canadian release since it was still affordable when I got it, the US was already $40-60 at that point and the Canadian release (same disc ID as US) was only $10 at a local store. It does annoy me that it's dual language on back though.

License to Drive (Fox/Disney)
Death Hunt (Fox/Disney)
Jane Erye '43 (Fox/Disney)
Hickey Boggs (Mgm)

Is ... THE HUSTLER ...with Fox or still with Warner?

I saw a bootleg on Ebay that had a "starz/anchor bay" sticker on it and in a normal blu-ray case, not the thinner cases Sony uses

The Hustler is with Fox. It's always been with Fox.

I checked and in matter of fact, it is the real thing.

It's likely not a bootleg. Someone sold some of their BD's to the pawn shop and needed the money without knowing Dogma was OOP. It happens all the time people sell OOP stuff without knowing it's OOP. People even donate Blu-ray's that are OOP to thrift shops. Not everyone is up to speed on things like we are on this forum. Congrats though, nice find.

Awesome, happy for you. Dogma is a highly sought after BD due to it being owned by Weinstein. I am surprised the pawn shop didn't even know it was OOP and they could have sold it online for more. Good thing for you they didn't bother to check.

Why are you listing the license owners, instead of the indie companies that put the BDs out?

Maybe he did that because those Indie Labels no longer have rights to them?

It implies those studios released the movies on BD, which doesn't help members who may want to buy the titles on the secondhand market.

If he was speculating about who may release them in the future, the information would be relevant, but he didn't.

It's highly unlikely anyone's going to give Hickey & Boggs another release. Folks have speculated that Disney won't be licensing many Fox movies to boutique labels going forward -- the other movies are all Fox.
