Just hope the seller is reliable, etc. I hardly ever use eBay. Didn't want to miss out on a childhood favorite though, even if it does end up getting reissued by Sony or re-released by Mill Creek, Kino, or whoever.
Got mine from eBay, and it's the Canadian version with French writing on the cover.

To be fair, the seller posted very clear and detailed pics indicating this, which I overlooked in my haste.

It appears the discs are the same though, as far as I can tell. No missing extras like What We Do in the Shadows, or any extras at all, for that matter.

I only care about the movie and will never look at the bilingual packaging, so it's fine. I guess the only drawback is I won't be able to M2D the movie on VUDU (assuming it's even eligible).

Edit: This is what it looks like.

(Note: Not my pic.)

Thanks to the people talking about the OOP
Hollywood Homicide & Hudson Hawk
I did not know that it was OOP, glad I found it for 2.85 used at a pawn shop

Some OOP UK releases:
5 Centimeters Per Second (Manga UK)
Stranger by the Lake (Peccadillo Pictures - unless their relaunched website adds it back)

I can confirm about Stranger by the lake.
Tried to order it 2 months ago from Zoom.co.uk and they made me wait before they finally cancelled the order saying it was OOP from the distributor.

I got that for $5 used last year. It wasn't available new back then on Amazon, so must have been OOP longer than that.

General rule of thumb, all Mill Creek Touchstone/Hollywood titles such as Spaced Invaders, Deep Rising are OOP, but should be noted that most of them will be or have already been reissued by KL.

FYI, all Fortune Star titles that Shout had put out, not just the Bruce Lees, on BD and DVD are also OOP.

Source for Fortune Star/Shout info, and list of such titles?

Warner Archive just put plain case versions of the '54 and '76 versions of A Star is Born up for pre-order, so I'd expect Dial M for Murder, as well as Kiss Me Kate to return eventually via them.

The original issue of Dial M for Murder wasn't a digibook though, it was already in a normal case...

Perhaps they'll just reissue it in a 2D-only edition, since the third wave 3D fad has passed and 3D TVs are no longer even being made.

Makes me feel a bit foolish, as I paid a few dollars extra for about a dozen titles to get the 3D/BD combo packs, instead of just the normal BDs, thinking I would eventually have a 3D TV. Oh well. This title was only ever available as a 3D/BD combo, so not an issue here.

It costs more to author another disc than to reuse the existing authoring, and the 3D disc plays just fine in 2D as well. I expect we'll see it again as the same disc sans lenticular slipcover.

Does anyone know if Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-o-Rama and Street Trash are out of print?

Looks like they might be. I did find a listing for Street Trash on Walmart but it says only 6 left.

Most likely both films just weren't selling and are no longer going to be carried by some major retailers. Both should remain available for some time directly. (Full Moon / Synapse)

Full Moon just announced they're working on a sequel to Sorority Babes, so I'd expect a new version of the BD for the first film or at least a repress when that actually gets released.

I believe Full Moon owns the rights to this film perpetually though do they not? Perhaps they finally sold through their initial allotment and are waiting for more to be pressed?

Probably or at least I don't think they've ever let any of their titles go permanently OOP before.
