Those are third-party sellers though, Amazon itself doesn't have any for sale, definitely seems OOP.

Probably in between re-stocks. This has been happening with many discs over the last couple years. Some of the pressing plants closed or were destroyed and titles go in limbo now and then. In a few weeks they'll be available cheap and easy again. I know it has happened with Unbreakable and Death Proof. All evidence said those were OOP at a time last year (sold out everywhere, inflated prices on ebay/amazon) but they weren't and still aren't. Both of those were asking up to $60 or so on amazon one week from secondary sellers, then $14 the next from amazon.

Never had seen or even heard of that film but still kind of wanted to see it. It's unfortunate when there's not a standard edition.

Maybe but Leaving Las Vegas is with MGM and I will say it definitely seems OOP. I have the Blu-ray (got it at Best Buy as an exclusive in 2011) and while it's cheap though I would grab it if you want it in case it is OOP. Great movie and worth owning.

Grindhouse Video just listed some on EBay and I believe they are one of the designated VS sellers of it.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Evil-Town-L...kAAOSwy9ZeDQmI

They have high feedback so I snagged one myself.

Yep, the listing for it at wbshop.com has been removed completely, seems to be OOP.

Amazon Japan still has copies for $10, for the moment.

That's bullshit. Scalper scum. The collector equlivant to a terrorists (and should be treated as such). Wish they would of put it on their site and limit one per parasite. Putting this one Ebay with no limit just pisses off collectors and fuels scalper scum culture. Oh course, then there's plenty of weak minded (or very wealthy) idiots that will pay those much higher prices as well. Or else the scalper scum wouldn't be doing it. Just all around human fail, which is why I have a hard time respecting human life in general. The fail extends far beyond movie collecting and into every day life stuff as well.

Also saw the August Underground Trilogy pop up as well and it vanished before I could check out with it. Although that one said unsold. Not sure what was up with that one.

capitalism at its finest. getting mad at others for profiting off the fact that many drag their asses buying any given release makes little sense. ever heard the expression " you snooze you lose"?

I don't care about Evil Town, it's just the principal. Something being gone in 10 minutes because of scalper scum is different than a bunch of rabid fans/collectors buying it up quick. Of course, as I said before, the idiot weak minded people that are stupid enough to pay the over inflated prices are to blame as well. As it happens more and more, I feel less and less of a desire to collect anymore. Unless it's easy to access and at a cheap/fair price. I actually overall buy less now and days, with a sudden boost late last year due to epic sales. I can afford to buy scalper prices for anything I want, I'm just not an idiot that's going to support that form of "capitalism". I sell just to get rid of shit I don't want for things I do want, and not as a main source of income. Loser scalpers need to grow a brain and learn how to make real money, without screwing others over. Like I'm capable of doing. I support do your own thing and be your own boss mentally. Just be humble instead of being a cancer to society.

FWIW, I was just at a used store that seemed to have mislabled many of their used Criterion blus at $9.99 (they were titled as "generic used media" and the other used Criterions were labeled differently at $19.99 and above). There were at least 40 of them this way. I could have bought them all and re-sold them but I picked up 12 that seemed interesting and left the rest for other hunters.

I'm sure some of you will chastise me for not bringing to the store's attention, but it's not my fault an FYE mislabeled the discs, $10 is not unreasonable for a used blu, and I paid what they asked.

Well, that's how much they were at B&N in previous years brand new with coupon.
