If someone is fast, they could get a used copy here. I'd love to have it, but I can't afford it. Here's the link....

Agreed, I consider Family Video the equivalent of MovieMars. If a title is in-print, it's all fine. But if it's OOP, forget it. Not to trash either company, but they rely on their distributors once an order is placed (they have nothing in-stock themselves), so if an item is OOP, they can't get it, either.

I really do like the animated version of LOTR and own it already. Maybe WB will reissue it in their Archives line as they have some other titles they let go OOP.

The DVD and Blu-ray share a page, you just have to select the option. But as others have stated, it might not even matter.

Edit: Right after posting this, i clicked it again and the Blu-ray option is gone.

I think the US release of I Origins might have disappeared from existence ? I had to double-check that mine was still on the shelf.

Outbreak, unless it's just a temporary curiosity due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It could be temporary, but loads of Warners deep catalog titles went OOP a couple of years ago, it's possible stock of this finally dried up.

It’s in the top ten on Netflix as well. It’s probably temporary.

Sound of My Voice is a cult classic. Doubtful it ever gets reissued on physical media.

Well this Brit Marling erasure is unconscionable, honestly. I hope she has another post-OA thing announced soon because she's one of my favorite indie film people.

Anyway
The East and Another Earth may be approaching the same status, as they're from Fox just the same as I Origins and Sound of my Voice. So I'd pick those up soon if they interest you.

It's likely that Fox only had rights to the films for a limited window. It's entirely possible they've reverted to her, or whoever financed them. That's what has happened with a lot of Soderbergh's smaller films, including KAFKA, FULL FRONTAL, BUBBLE and THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE, he now owns them.
