Would've liked to have gotten Killer Klowns but it's no longer in stock. Damn.

It sucks I missed that MVD sale I had wanted that Fish Called Wanda Arrow version but since I have the MGM BD I was holding off. That would have been the perfect price point for an upgrade on it. I already have Ronin from Arrow but wow great prices not surprised these sold out so fast.

Not even out-of-stock, there was just a news item that PBS has lost the streaming rights to Amazon. But it's not like Amazon is interested in the physical media rights, so there's no reason to assume those have changed hands.

The US Cohen Media Group release of DW Griffith's Intolerance is probably OOP, it's either on backorder or gone from every retailer I could find. It was an expensive two-disc set to begin with (MSRP was ~$50), I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone now.

That's a shame I was lucky enough to grab it during B&N's last Cohen Media sale in November. I still haven't watched it due to the length, but I'm looking forward to seeing it one of these days.

Other Cohen titles appeared to go OOP, and then came back, generally believed to be a situation where they were between pressings, even though it took a while. Every title of theirs that I know of (other than Intolerance) that supposedly went OOP is currently available from Amazon at MSRP or less.

This is most likely a similar instance.

Jamaica Inn
Two Men in Town
The Damned
Hail Mary

I had already considered this when I posted, I knew that three of those six had been out of print and then came back. It's possible Intolerance will show up again as well, I would hope so for everyone that missed it.
