Tales from the Crypt Ritual? Should've scooped that up when it cost nothing.

As soon as I found out that echo bridge had lost all their rights to the Miramax catalog, I quickly snatched up every Miramax release that I could. I ended up getting Ritual for about nine bucks shipped brand new. Of course, that was over a year ago. There's a copy right now on ebay for $100, but I personally don't think it's worth that much considering it was a Best Buy exclusive.

As of 7pm there are many new copies of Unseen on ebay. One seller has more than 10 available for $17.47. Now day of the Animals are gone.

Yeah my ebay order of Day of the Animals was cancelled. Found a retailer that still showed it in stock so I ordered it again, but who knows if it will go through. Fortunately I got The Unseen during the deepdiscount sale a month or two ago.

I feel for anyone who pays $100 for this flick, esp. if it's a blind buy to complete the TftC collection. In fact, you probably paid too much at $9! I thought about paying too much at $5 when in print, but vivid recollections of the first viewing kept it out of my hands. I regret nothing except sitting through this pile of crap the one time I did!

Might've worked as it's own movie, but to put in the Keeper and title was a bush league move. It has no feel of Tales at all and makes Bordello of Blood feel like a great film in comparison.

End of diss rant, the movie just irked me hard when I saw it and I've loathed it's existence ever since, esp. since I kinda would like a full TffC collection, but thankfully most days I don't count it as a missing piece. Other days the title on the cover makes me wish it was watchable.
I'm sure it has fans somewhere. I hope it doesn't have $100 a disc fans for their sakes though.

Default Day of the Animals [Blu-ray]

One marketplace seller on Barnes & Noble (called Standing Ovation) still showed DAY OF THE ANIMALS [Blu-ray] in what seems to be "in stock" but I decided not to risk it (I never heard of those guys before) so I secured a copy on Amazon Canada (still 4 remaining copies in stock).
The B&N seller was cheaper ("only" 20$) but Amazon had very few remaining stock so I thought it would be too risky to wait until the seller ship or cancel my order, plus I couldn't afford to buy 1 disc from each sellers..
If someone want to try, I thought I'd give you the opportunity on here

The new version of Rio Bravo drops the "Men Who Made Movies" documentary, so hang on to the first release if you have it!

Too late.

I actually sold the original twice. First time it went OOP, it shot up and I was able to sell my used copy for like $40. Then a few copies popped on WBshop, and I repurchased... and after a year, - sold it again sealed/new.

I was holding out for a proper remaster, basically dismissing the original blu-ray - thinking this John Wayne classic *HAS* to be remastered properly at some point. I don't think I'll rebuy the solo edition again, but I might get this box-set when it inevitably gets cheap. https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/John-...lu-ray/124840/

Repost from the Scorpion thread . If you are expecting an order for the Unseen from Amazon third party seller "Standing Ovation", forget it. Best to look elsewhere.

It's possible next year as it is the 20th anniversary.

You might want to check it. Someone has a copy that bronzed and will no longer play.

There is no section on the list for Eagle Rock Entertainment. I know for sure that Bad Company: Live at Wembley is OOP.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer may be OOP. It's only available from third party sellers on Amazon and no longer available on Best Buy's website.

On Amazon.ca it's in stock (by Amazon) with more on the way. It's the bilingual version. Not sure if that changes anything? Good to know though. Going to keep an eye on that one now.
